FRESH AF (Fresh Authentic Females) is a welcoming space for women who want to slow down, calm their nervous system, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves and each other.

Through community gatherings, retreats, and workshops, we create experiences designed to help you reconnect to yourself and remember who you truly are.

Our events are calm, nourishing, and heart-led. No jargon. No pressure. Just real women, real connection — online and in person.

Meet Emma & Andrea

FRESH AF was born through synchronicity, shared purpose, and a deep passion for supporting women.

We met whilst training in Belief Coding®, and from the very beginning, the synchronicities between us were impossible to ignore. Our paths, experiences, and vision ran in parallel in ways that felt both powerful and undeniable.

We are both Women’s Stress & Wellbeing Practitioners and Reiki-trained, with a shared focus on helping women calm their nervous systems, release emotional stress, and reconnect with themselves.

Emma is also involved in menopause and nervous system research alongside leading neuroscientists, exploring the connection between stress, beliefs, and hormonal wellbeing. This research underpins the work we do and ensures our spaces support women both emotionally and physiologically.

It became clear that our work wasn’t meant to exist separately.

So we joined forces to create FRESH AF — bringing together our shared experience, training, and passion to create spaces where women feel safe, supported, and able to reconnect with themselves.

Why We Created FRESH AF

Through our work, we saw how many women were holding everything alone — feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and craving spaces where they could simply exhale and be themselves.

For generations, women gathered in villages to talk, rest, share, and support one another. That connection was never a luxury. It was essential.

Somewhere along the way, that sense of community was lost.

FRESH AF is our way of bringing the village back.

Our experiences are designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, and step out of the constant doing that so many women live in every day.

They offer space to breathe. To release stress. To reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, supportive, and free from pressure.

Through meditation, Reiki, cacao, movement, journaling, and shared connection, you’re invited to simply be — exactly as you are.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be spiritual.

You simply need to arrive, and allow yourself to be held within the space.

Day Retreats

A day to reset, restore, and reconnect.

Our day retreats are designed to offer a deeply nourishing experience — giving you the time and space to step away from everyday life and truly exhale.

Each retreat is thoughtfully curated to support your mind, body, and nervous system. You’ll be guided through a blend of restorative practices which may include:

Workshops & Signature Experiences

Deeper guided experiences designed to help you reset, understand your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself on a profound level.

Our workshops offer a more immersive space to explore the connection between stress, the nervous system, and emotional wellbeing — while being fully supported within a safe and nurturing environment.

Blending education, guided practices, and energy healing, these experiences help you understand what your body has been holding, while giving you practical tools to create lasting calm, clarity, and balance.

The Reset Methodâ„¢ is a powerful, guided in-person experience designed to help you safely release stored stress at the root - so your nervous system can reset and you can reconnect with who you truly are underneath it all.

You may have started to notice things feeling different - more overwhelming, more sensitive, more anxious… or simply not quite like yourself anymore.

This isn’t something wrong with you. It’s your nervous system adapting to everything you’ve experienced and it may now be ready for a reset.

Held in a calm, supportive environment, this workshop gives you the time and space to slow down, understand your nervous system, and gently begin releasing what your body has been holding.

You’ll be guided through our signature Reset Method™, supporting your mind and body to feel safe enough to release, reset, and return to a place of balance.

Throughout the experience, you’ll be guided through a blend of restorative and therapeutic practices, including:

💗 Nervous system education – helping you understand why you feel the way you do and how your body responds to stress
💗 Guided visualisation – gently accessing the subconscious to support release and inner safety
💗 Emotional release techniques – allowing your body to safely process and let go of stored emotions
💗 Belief work – uncovering and shifting the patterns that may be keeping you stuck
💗 Reiki energy healing – supporting deep relaxation and energetic balance
💗 Journaling – creating space for reflection, clarity, and integration

Everything is designed to help your nervous system regulate, your body soften, and your mind feel safe again.

Nourishing food and herbal teas are provided throughout, so you can feel fully supported and cared for as you move through the experience.

We close with a deeply restorative sound healing session, allowing the work to integrate and your nervous system to settle.

By booking a FRESH AF experience, you agree that:

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
FRESH AF events are supportive experiences and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
You confirm you are over 18 and able to participate fully.
You understand that emotional responses may arise and agree to take responsibility for your own aftercare if needed.

Cancellation & Transfers

Bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your place to another date or person with at least 7 days’ notice.

If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a transfer or full refund.
